Work in Progress 2020

Winter 2019/20
Identity, Exhibition

With the inital idea of creating a poster as an intervention of a space, this identity took the inspiration from warning tape. The letters used in the poster are made from manipulating a typeface found in the caseroom at Glasgow School of Art, with a playful take on the spine of the S. The captions and the rest of the visuals for the exhibition incorporates the design guidelines established in the poster, such as condensed type and narrow formats.

The identity of the exhibition started with the evolution of the poster, which went through a large amount of itterations. The idea of a continous poster was hatched early on, which can be seen in most of the posters throughout the process.
